Barnes Charity Ball Privacy Policy
Barnes Charity Ball values our supporters and their data. We make sure that any personal data you give us, such as email addresses, is stored safely and we never share it with any third parties. In this Privacy Policy we explain the information we collect, how we use it and how we keep it secure.

Email and Ticket Applications
As part of the application process for our charity ball, we collect personal information. We use that information to ensure that you receive relevant information relating to the event and that we consider any of your individual needs, such as dietary requests. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our email. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Rachel Skilbeck at [email protected]
